Oat Bran is the hard outer layer of the grain stalk (?) - I make me a hot bowl of it nearly every morning around 9:30am. I use 1/3 cup of dry oat bran - 1 cup of water - 1 packet of splenda - 1 scoop of Dymatize ISO-100 whey protein - and a dash of cinnamon. Microwave for 2 minutes - let stand for 2 minutes - eat - enjoy - quite possibly the most perfect complex carb you can consume.
I missed my 5am workout this morning and I feel like crap because of it.
I re broke my pinkie toe last week doing plyometrics
My husband is fantastic
Me and a couple of girlfriends went to the skating rink last Friday night. Lots of preteens there - quite a bit of making out going on - pretty sure my daughter will never be allowed to go without me.
We decided to gift our children with a Theatre room for Christmas - pretty sure we are the best parents ever.
The more weight I lose, the more muscle I gain, the worse my lower belly looks. Its discouraging to say the least. All the more reason to have the skin cut off and thrown away via Tummy tuck.
I am seriously considering getting re-certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have missed it alot.
